Privacy policy
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign in or buy.
- Your name and profile image, only if you sign in with Google.
- Purchase records: which plan, the amount and currency, and Dodo Payments's order and payment identifiers. Card and bank details go to Dodo Payments and never reach us.
- Reading progress, if you are signed in: which lessons you have marked done and which lab steps you have ticked. Nothing about what you type into the prompt runner is stored.
- Worksheet text you write in the practice boxes: saved in your browser as you type. If you are signed in, it is also kept in your account, so it is there on any device you sign in on. You can delete it from your account page at any time. Signed out, it stays in your browser only.
- Text you run through the AI tools on this site (the prompt lab, the starter pack and the edition workflows): sent to OpenRouter and on to the AI model that writes the answer, and not stored by us. The edition workflows use only providers that don't keep prompts. The prompt lab and starter pack may fall back to a free model whose provider can keep them, so don't put anything confidential there.
- What you send through the help request form: your name, email, role, company and what you need help with, kept so we can reply.
- Your theme choice, kept in your browser only.
- Server logs (IP address, request path, request id) for about thirty days, and error reports.
- Pages you view and basic visit details (device type, approximate location, referring site), via Google Analytics.
- Session recordings and heatmaps of how the site is used (clicks, scrolling, page layout), via Microsoft Clarity. Text you type into forms is masked before it leaves your browser, so recordings never contain what you write.
- Which ChatGPT ad brought you here, via OpenAI's ads pixel, which runs on every page. When you buy, the amount, currency and order number go to OpenAI too, so we can see which ads led to a purchase. The pixel may also pick up contact details on the page, such as an email address you type in, and send them hashed, not as plain text.
What we use it for
To grant access to what you bought, to send you the sign-in link you asked for, to process refunds, and to find and fix faults. We advertise in ChatGPT and measure which of those ads lead to a purchase. We do not sell data or send marketing email.
Who processes it
- Vercel: hosting and cookieless page-view analytics.
- Supabase: the database, hosted in Mumbai.
- Resend: delivers sign-in emails.
- Dodo Payments: payments, and the seller of record for your purchase. Their policy governs what they hold.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose it, and Google Analytics to see how the site is used.
- Microsoft: Clarity, for session recordings and heatmaps of how the site is used.
- Sentry: error reports.
- OpenAI: the ChatGPT Ads pixel, to measure which of our ads lead to a purchase.
- OpenRouter: passes text you run through the site's AI tools to the model that answers it.
Your own AI tool, such as ChatGPT or Claude, is not on this list. What you paste into it is between you and that provider; it never passes through us. Use material you are allowed to share, and check that provider's own policy if you are unsure.
Cookies
A session cookie after you sign in, and the short-lived cookies sign-in itself needs. While you are signed out, Google's sign-in prompt sets a small cookie of its own to remember that you dismissed it. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity each set their own cookies to count visits and see which pages get used. OpenAI's ads pixel sets two: one records which ad you came from and lasts 30 days, the other identifies your browser and lasts a year.
How long we keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax law requires. Progress until you ask us to delete it. Sign-in tokens for 24 hours. Logs about thirty days.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email rajeshdhiman@eunix.tech from the address you used. Grievances go to Rajesh Dhiman at the same address; see the terms for response times.
Age
The courses are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
