1. Who is selling
These courses are sold by Eunix Tech (eunix.tech), founded by Rajesh Dhiman (rajeshdhiman.in), Cabin 32, Phase 8-B, C-175, NH 5, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 140307. Contact: rajeshdhiman@eunix.tech. GSTIN: 03BEYPD0753A1ZX.
2. What you are buying
A one-off payment buys ongoing access to the named course or courses for the email address used at checkout. The licence is personal and non-transferable. You may use the prompts and files you produce in your own work without restriction. You may not redistribute, resell or republish the lesson text or prompts.
You practise using your own AI tool; the price does not include an AI subscription or account. Lab steps and prompts are for your own practice: there is no submission, review or grading.
3. Access
Access is tied to your email address. Sign in with that address on any device and the course is there. There are no passwords; we send a link to your inbox, or you sign in with Google using the same address.
4. Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is the price charged, in Indian rupees or US dollars as you choose. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments; we never see your card details. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for the sale: your purchase contract for payment and tax is with them, and their terms apply to the transaction alongside these. Taxes are shown where applicable. GST registered. Domestic INR digital sales attract 18% GST where applicable. GSTIN 03BEYPD0753A1ZX. International sales follow applicable export / tax rules.
5. Delivery
Access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
6. Refunds
Seven days, no questions. See the refund policy.
7. Changes to the course
Lessons are revised over time. Revisions are included in your access. If a course is withdrawn, existing buyers keep access to the last published version.
8. Acceptable use
Do not share sign-in links, scrape the site, or attempt to read lessons you have not paid for. We may suspend access for abuse after telling you why.
9. Liability
The courses are educational material. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and you remain responsible for how you use AI tools in your own work. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
10. Governing law and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar having jurisdiction. Grievance officer under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020: Rajesh Dhiman, rajeshdhiman@eunix.tech. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
11. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here with a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
