Send a site visit confirmation buyers can follow

It's Saturday, 11:30. Your buyers are at the wrong gate. Security won't let them in, and they are calling you from the car.

Many site visits go wrong because of directions, not because the buyer changed their mind.

What to check before you send

1. Day and time. If you give a date as well as a day, check they agree.
2. The gate. Most mistakes happen here. The gate number should be the one security expects visitors at.
3. The map pin. Open the link yourself. It should drop at the gate, not at the sales office across the road.
